We are unable to accept returns on any sales.
If by any faint chance you are unhappy with your jumper, your order can be returned for a full refund or exchange (where stock available) within 30 days. Please follow the instructions on the returns form that came in your delivery. (If you’ve lost it, print a new one here) attach to your parcel and send (address also noted below).
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 5-10 working days. Returns are not free and all refunds exclude original postage costs. When returning your order, we highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt/proof of purchase as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. Any damage will be deducted from refund.
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.
