1. Your philosophy of ‘outer order, inner calm’ is so inspiring. How did you first discover the connection between decluttering and mental wellbeing?
I discovered the connection between decluttering and mental wellbeing while helping my mum, who suffers from bipolar disorder, organise her home. Growing up in that environment made me realise how overwhelming physical clutter can be, and how it affects your mental space too. Once you clear out the unnecessary, it's amazing how much lighter you feel. That feeling of outer order creates an inner calm and gives you space to breathe, think, and just be.

2. You’re known for creating streamlined spaces and wardrobes that work. Has your love for organisation influenced your fashion choices?
Absolutely! Organisation plays a huge role in my personal style. I believe in investing in versatile, high-quality pieces that you can mix and match easily. A wardrobe that works doesn’t need to be overflowing—it just needs to be smart. I like to keep things simple but stylish, and I apply the same rules to my clothing as I do to my spaces: functionality meets beauty.

3. As someone who helps clients curate wardrobes, what do you believe makes a wardrobe timeless? And how does the right piece of knitwear fit into that?
A timeless wardrobe is made up of classic, versatile pieces that stand the test of time—both in terms of quality and style. The right piece of knitwear is an absolute staple because it’s not only practical for all seasons, but it also adds a layer of sophistication and warmth to any outfit. In the warmer months, a light knit can serve as the perfect outer layer, and in colder months, it’s that essential warm under layer that keeps you cosy. It’s that piece you can dress up or down, and that flexibility and practicality is key to a timeless wardrobe.
4. In your opinion, what are the top three wardrobe essentials every woman should have to make getting dressed stress-free and stylish?
I would say a great pair of tailored trousers, a versatile cashmere jumper, and a structured blazer. These three pieces can carry you from casual days to more formal occasions. They’re classic, comfortable, and most importantly, they make putting together an outfit effortless.

5. What was the inspiration behind the signature cardigans in the collection?
I wanted them to be pieces you could throw on with anything and instantly feel put-together. The inspiration came from my own life—I need clothes that are as versatile as I am! Whether I’m working from home or running around town, the cardigans are perfect because they can be layered offering warmth, style, and ease. Plus, they’re a little nod to my love for quality knitwear, but with a modern twist.
6. Your capsule collection features pieces you love to wear on repeat. How important is versatility when choosing clothes, and how do these pieces fit into your everyday life?
Versatility is everything! I’m always on the go, so I need clothes that can adapt to whatever my day throws at me. The pieces in this collection are designed to be worn again and again, styled in different ways. Whether I’m at home, meeting clients, or heading out for dinner, these pieces fit seamlessly into every part of my life.

7. You’ve curated a number of styles, what made you choose these pieces for your "Dilly’s Picks" collection with Jumper 1234? What drew you to these designs and how do they reflect your personal style and approach to fashion?
I chose these pieces because they all reflect my personal style—simple, effortless, but still chic. I’m drawn to quality and comfort, but I also love pieces that stand out. So this selection is a curation of neutral versatile pieces and statement pieces that bring that instant wow factor to your outfit.
These designs have little details that make them feel special, like a pop of colour or a unique twist. They all fit into my approach to fashion, which is about finding balance between practicality and beauty.

8. Can you tell us about your favourite piece from your collaboration with Jumper 1234? What do you love about it?
I’d have to say my absolute favourite is the leopard rainbow cardigan. I just love how playful it is, and it always makes me smile when I put it on. The pops of colour add such a fun twist to the classic leopard print, which I am obsessed with. It’s one of those pieces that people always compliment. It’s bold, but in a wearable way, which I love. I’ve talked a lot about versatility of clothing but don’t be afraid to curate a selection of statement pieces.

9. Which piece from your “Dilly’s Picks” is your absolute favourite, and why? How do you like to style it for day-to-day wear?
That’s a tough on but I think my favourite has to be the Brushed Cashmere Jumper in Watermelon. The colour is just gorgeous, it adds a pop of vibrance to any outfit. Plus the brushed cashmere makes it unbelievably soft, with a fluffy texture that feels like a hug every time you wear it. It’s perfect for layering over a simple tee with comfy wide leg trousers for a more casual look. Or you can style it up with jeans and ankle boots for a more put-together look. It’s the kind of jumper that feels just as good as it looks, and I find myself reaching for it on repeat. It’s the perfect blend of style and comfort!

10. As a personal shopper, you help clients create a functional wardrobe that works for their lifestyle. What are your top tips for those looking to refresh their wardrobe without creating clutter?
The key to refreshing your wardrobe without creating clutter is to focus on quality over quantity. Invest in versatile pieces that you can mix and match. They type of clothing you can wear year after year and that work across multiple outfits.
Declutter first—get rid of what you don’t wear anymore, and then invest in pieces that add value. Stick to a cohesive colour palette, and always ask yourself, "Does this piece work with what I already have?" If it doesn’t, then it’s probably not worth adding to your wardrobe.
Don’t be afraid to add a few statement pieces or fun designs for variety and personality, but remember—less is more. A few well-chosen items can do so much more for your style than an overcrowded wardrobe full of things you don’t wear. Stick to pieces that make you feel confident and comfortable, and always think about how each new item can complement what you already own.
