What delivery options do you offer?
UK Standard Delivery: £6 next day (placed before 12pm) orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Delivered via Parcel Force
Channel Islands: £25, 3 working days (pending customs) Delivered via DHL
European Deliveries: £17.00, 2-7 days (pending customs) Delivered via either UPS or DHL.
USA Deliveries: £35.00, New York next day, all other states 2 days (both pending customs)
We also ship to many other countries, shipping cost will be applied at the checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will be sent a unique tracking code once your order has shipped, trackable with the applicable courier
Do any tax charges apply?
We include the cost of Duties & Taxes in US orders under $800, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees on receipt of your item(s). International deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any added duties and taxes upon delivery must be settled by the recipient. I think my item is faulty, what should I do?
For all faulty enquiries please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of the fault and if possible, some photographs. Someone in our customer care team will contact you back with the best way to proceed.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only accept exchanges for UK customers at the moment. Please fill in the returns form enclosed in your order, stating what you would like to exchange the item for. Please note we do not offer credit; the exchange must be of equal value to the original purchase order.
How long will it take for me to get a refund?
We aim to refund you as quickly as we possibly can but have a very small team- usually between 5-12 days, you will receive a notification as soon as you’ve been refunded.
How long do I have to return something?
The item I ordered is now in the Sale, can i get the difference refunded?
As an online business our prices change in accordance with customer demand, stock availability and seasonal sales. We therefore are unable to refund the difference in the price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be. You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price provided its returned in accordance to our return policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won't purchase the item first.
