Archive Sale Returns!
Please note any purchases made in the Archive Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. If you request an exchange, you will be charged for shipping at the local rate.
As a small business, we want to be transparent and let you know that we charge for delivery and returns rather than adding these costs to our prices. Our delivery charges do not make money. Wherever possible we limit our use of extra materials and avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no practical alternative.
For the UK orders are charged at £6 shipping. We use Parcel Force and it normally takes 1-3 days to reach you.
For most EU countries there is a £15 shipping charge, these charges are for delivery only, therefore all EU customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes. Please note the prices that you see online in Euros are exclusive of UK VAT.
For the USA there is a £30 flat rate shipping charge, no taxes are due for orders under $800.
For Australia and New Zealand there is a £40 flat rate shipping charge.
For Japan there is a £55 flat rate shipping charge.

We deliver our jumpers in recycled, recyclable cardboard boxes - our logo is visible so if you’re trying to go incognito- beware!

FOR ALL RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE UK (EUROPE, USA, CANADA + AUSTRALIA)
We are currently unable to accept returns on any sales.
If by any faint chance you are unhappy with your jumper, your order can be returned for a full refund or exchange (where stock available) within 14 days.
Please follow the instructions on the returns form that came in your delivery. (If you’ve lost it, you can download it here)
You can go to the local Post Office and returns your item(s) via Royal Mail (or other courier). We highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt/proof of purchase as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns. You are welcome to send back 2nd class, to keep the cost down. Address is below.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. Any damage will be deducted from the refund.
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you or give you a credit note.
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 5-10 working days.
