Shipping policy

As a small business, we want to be transparent and let you know that we charge for delivery and returns rather than adding these costs to our prices. Our delivery charges do not make money. Wherever possible we limit our use of extra materials and avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no practical alternative.

For the UK orders are charged at £6.95 shipping. We use Parcel Force and it normally takes 1-3 days to reach you.

For most EU countries there is a £17 shipping charge. 

The prices in the EU include all local taxes and duties, there is nothing extra to pay, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will send you the necessary paperwork.

For the USA we are now shipping DDP, there will be no additional taxes to pay and there is a flat rate shipping charge of £25.

For Australia and New Zealand there is a £40 flat rate shipping charge.

For Japan there is a £55 flat rate shipping charge.

We deliver our jumpers in recycled, recyclable paper bags - our logo is visible so if you’re trying to go incognito- beware!
